Promoting Innovation in South Australian Government and Society, and Making the Most of the State's Collective Intelligence: Interim report by Dr Geoff Mulgan

This interim report sets out what some of these could be, including ideas on structures, processes and specific models. Geoff Mulgan argues that the state could make more of its `collective intelligence', and could benefit in particular from a more open and collaborative culture to make more of the energies and experience of its people. In this report Geoff Mulgan suggest some of the ways work in these fields could be taken forward.
