Jointly developed by Department for Families and Communities, Department of Health, Adelaide City Council and Inner City Agencies
Compiled by Lynette Pugh
Department for Families and Communities, Government f South Australia
ISBN 1 920983 02 3.

In 2001 the `Towards a Service Coordination Framework for Vulnerable Adults in the Inner City' was released. This document provided a solid foundation for understanding the critical service elements and factors of disadvantage impacting on adults utilising inner city services. The Inner City Services Strategic Plan extends the work of this original document by developing a service framework that is inclusive of adults, young people and Aboriginal people, reflecting the social justice priorities of the SA Government. Specifically it incorporates and recognises the current developments in relation to the development of a new State Housing Plan, the management and evaluation of the Dry Zone and the work undertaken in relation to homelessness by the Social Inclusion Initiative.
