The South Australian Housing Trust has developed and piloted a range of new and innovative strategies and approaches to support `at-risk' tenancies. These tenancies are at risk of eviction due to high levels of debt; damage to, or failure to maintain property; and/or difficult and disruptive behavior. This evaluation includes four projects and two initiatives that are designed to provide support.
