The South Australian Government's Energy Efficiency Program for Low-Income Households delivers energy efficiency services in collaboration with community based welfare organisations.

The primary aim of the Energy Efficiency Program for Low Income Households is to reduce financial hardship faced by low-income households as a result of rising energy costs. The program seeks to achieve its objectives through the delivery of energy efficiency services in collaboration with community based welfare organisations.
