Housing Evictions in South Australia: A Study of Bailiff-Assisted Evictions

This study look at the way in which South Australian laws regulates evictions across the residential rental market. The first part of the paper provides a clear description of the current private rental sector whilst the latter half describes the research conducted and puts forward some useful recommendations for change.
