This publication is the Public Service Association of SA (PSA)'s submission to the Standing Committee on Education, Employment and Workplace Relations regarding the conditions of employment of state public sector employees and the adequacy of protection of their rights at work as compared with other employees.
The PSA contends that the Fair Work Act (1994)(SA) provides state public sector workers with more adequate protection and entitlements than workers under the Fair Work Act (2009)(Cth).
