This research project consitutes an examination of the social and financial impact of breaching young people in receipt of Youth Allowance who fail to meet Mutual Obligation or Activity Test Requirements. Such research is vital in order to determine the broader effects of breaching on the lives of disadvantaged young people and the impact these policy changes have for service providers.
