Selected Findings from the OCPE Workforce Perspective Survey 2003

This is a summary of selected results from the OCPE Workplace Perspectives Survey 2003. The survey was conducted in June 2003 across the 24 public sector agencies in South Australia employing workers under the Public Sector Management Act 1995 (PSM Act). The survey was predominantly conducted on the intranet, with hardcopy questionnaires distributed to staff without access to the electronic version of the survey questionnaire. A total of 6,328 completed responses were received which represents a 36% response rate of all PSM Act employees in South Australia.
