South Australia's Strategic Plan (SASP) was first released in March 2004. The Plan's targets reflect South Australia's aspirations for where we want to be as a state in 2014. Targets are grouped under the following six objectives:

Fostering Creativity and Innovation
Building Communities
Expanding Opportunity
This report is the third progress report and aims to identify targets where progress is on track, and areas where more effort or new approaches are needed.
