Connecting Ideas: Collaborative Innovation for a Complex World

This report argues that complex social, economic and environmental challenges confronting Australia requires a fundamental shift in the way we approach problem solving and innovation, one that values the contributions of all disciplines whether they be from the science, technology, engineering and mathematics (STEM) sector or the humanities, arts and social sciences (HASS) sector.

The report was prepared for the Department of Further Education, Employment, Science and Technology and calls for a collaborative approach across all disciplines to tackle complex problems in an innovative way.
