Environmental Health and Wellbeing Survey 2002

Following residential and community action group concerns regarding the environment surrounding Castalloy Manufacturing Pty Ltd at North Plympton, a survey of the area was commissioned by the Environmental Health Branch of the SA Department of Human Services. A comparison control survey was simultaneously done in another area in Adelaide that is similar in socio-economic status so that comparisons can be made. The objectives of this survey included to: examine environmental issues within the target area for the survey; examine the quality of life; examine perceived health of self and other family members living in the household.
