A meta evaluation of methods and approaches to bullying  [PDF]  (443.36K)

The problem of bullying in Australian schools was first examined in the early 1990s, following some research conducted earlier in Norway that had shown that bullying among school children could be significantly reduced. The general purpose of this report is to evaluate actions and plans to prevent or reduce bullying among children in Australian pre-schools, in kindergartens and in early primary school, and to do so especially in the light of a meta-evaluation of accounts of relevant interventions that have been undertaken worldwide.
