The provision of disability services in South Australia - November 2008

Disability SA
Government of South Australia

Since coming to office, the Government has increased spending on disability by 79% - from $124M in 2002/03 to an estimated $222M in 2007/08 (including $7M in one-off funding).

However, the requirement for disability services is increasing as our population ages and people with a disability are living longer. This outlines disbaility services currently provided by the state government.
