Population Health Profile: Social Development Framework

The profile includes a number of tables,
maps and graphs to describe the population
and their health, and provides comparisons
with information for the Central Eastern
Adelaide Health sub-region and for
Adelaide. The data provide:

a socio-demographic profile;

estimates of people with a disability or
with dementia; and

estimates of the prevalence of selected
chronic diseases and associated risk
factors.
