The State Strategic Plan identifies the health of the River Murray as one of the most critical environmental issues facing South Australia. As the downstream State, South Australia is most vulnerable to water allocation and management decisions taken across the Murray-Darling Basin. Environmental Flows for the River Murray proposes a framework for collective action and provides guidance to deliver and manage environmental flows in South Australia.
