This paper is designed to give the education and care sectors and the wider community, opportunities to comment and inform the development of new legislation governing the regulation and registration of schools and children's services in South Australia. Many of the ideas reflected in this paper were canvassed by the Education and Care Legislation Reform Stakeholder Advisory Group. Responses to this paper will help shape the drafting of a new Bill.
