A recent episode of the ABC's Stateline program discussed new research which shows that State Government efforts to improve on social welfare issues such as education, employment, disability and economic disadvantage are not progressing.

John Glover, Director of the Public Health Information Development Unit (PHIDU), located at The University of Adelaide, was interviewed about the findings of the social health atlas, a map of how South Australians live and die.

'Not Good Enough' can be viewed by visiting the Stateline website.

In a related interview Monsignor David Cappo, Social Inclusion Commissioner, talks to Ian Henschke, from Stateline, about the cycle of poverty and how it is linked to entrenched disadvantage across the Western world and here at home.

'What's Going Wrong in Our Society' can be viewed by visiting the Stateline website.
