Keynote presentations set the scene with speakers from the European Commission, World Wide Fund for Nature, the Australian Government and a major wine retailer covering the international environment and trade policy framework in which the industry can expect to operate over the next decade.

The wine industry will respond with perspectives from Australia, New Zealand, California and Canada on strategies to meet the challenges laid down by policy makers, customers and consumers.

Day 2 stream sessions will focus on the Strategic Thinking and Technical Solutions required to succeed. Strategic topics cover risk management, collaborative initiatives, and demonstrating sustainability while management of natural resources, wastes and biodiveristy will be addressed under Technical Solutions.

Technical Tours: view first hand best practice vineyard and winery sites where a range of practical techniques and products are used to manage natural resources more efficiently.
Tours are a full day so you must select either viticulture or wine production.

Exhibition: Talk to the experts and explore innovative products and the latest developments by leading manufacturers and suppliers.
