Is the "War on Terror" making us more secure? Should war criminals go unpunished? Should Australia have a "security pact" with Indonesia while its military are still committing crimes? The Australia-East Timor Friendship Association of South Australia invites you to a Forum: Human Rights, Social Justice and Security in our Region. Speakers will include: Professor Grant Niemann, School of Law, Flinders University and Ms Hannah Tonkin, Law graduate from Adelaide University and 2005 Rhodes Scholar. A representative of the West Papua Association will also bring us up to date on what is happening in that country. The Forum will be preceded by the Annual General Meeting of AETFA at 2.00 pm to which you are also invited.
