Regenerating Regent Park: Canada's largest revitalization project. Regent Park is a 69-acre area in central Toronto which houses 7500 people in 2100 'rent-geared-to-income' units. The Toronto Community Housing Corporation has now started a 12-year, $1bn project to knit social, physical, environmental and economic development perspectives together in the largest revitalisation project in Canada's history.
