SA Connects: The Many Futures of Our Digital Lives

This lecture is jointly presented by Adelaide Thinkers in Residence and The Bob Hawke Prime Ministerial Centre.

Dr Genevieve Bell is an anthropologist with both an academic and industry background, and has an exceptional reputation in her field. Her research has provided considerable insight to the importance of culture in the adoption and adaptation of technology.

Genevieve will focus on the ways in which South Australians are using new technologies in their everyday lives. Through extensive research she will help to shed light on new opportunities for broadband and associated communication technologies in South Australia and beyond.
